This KBA explains how to replicate Arabic name in PTP replication for country Oman, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

• Employee Replication from SuccessFactors Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll

1. Enable HRIS fields script and script-alt1/script-alt2 in Manage Business Configuration -> personalInfo in SuccessFactors.
   
2. Maintain Language Script (script) of Latin name as empty or 215, Language Script of Arabic name (script-alt1/script-alt2) as 160 in employee personal information.
3. Map and maintain personal information fields according to SAP help portal below:
   • Oman: Personal Information (Infotype 0002) - Oman
   • United Arab Emirates: Personal Information (Infotype 0002) - United Arab Emirates
   • Saudi Arabia: Personal Information (Infotype 0002) - Saudi Arabia
4. Run replication query program RP_HRSFEC_PTP_EE_REPLICATION by running Tcode SE38.
5. Check employee IT0002 in ECP system.
