3375709 - Some abnormal yellow requests exist in source InfoProvider, which cause DTP to fetch 0 data in full mode

Symptom

Due to the existence of the previous yellow request for an abnormal status in source ADSO, the data could not be loaded in the subsequent green request as well. 

  • If yellow activate requests has status in table RSPMREQUEST:

    REQUEST STATUS   （‘N’，‘Y’, ‘X’）
