3375735 - After running HRIS Sync Job, the value in EP becomes !!!unknown!!! 

There is a mapping between EC field and EP field, the "Type of Reference Object" of EC field is picklist.

The value of EC field can be synced to EP field successfully, but after running HRIS Sync Job, the value of EP field becomes !!!unknown!!! .

The Non-unique External Code of picklist value is blank.

Please maintain Non-unique External Code for the picklist value.

You can also use check tool to find picklist value which doesn't have Non-unique External Code.
