3375794 - Error "Comments were not saved. Try again. If this issue persists, then contact SAP Support" when saving a data point comment

The following error occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC) when you save a data point comment (DPC):

• "Comments were not saved. Try again. If this issue persists, then contact SAP support."

The Data Point Comment is saved successfully but not returned.

1. Log on to SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. Open a story which is based on a model of an import data connection.
3. Add a data point comment to the data cell in the table.
4. The comment is saved but not returned.

This issue is currently under investigation by development.
