3375802 - SSL installation in Installation requested status in CSB SSL tool - Recruiting marketing

After uploading all the requested files successfully into the CSB SSL tool the installation goes into "Installation requested" Status and stays in this status.

There may be an issue with the install process.

I can take a few minutes for the installation to be completed and the status to change to "Installed".
If however the installation is still in this state after a few hours then please reach out to Support so we can check with our operations team.

Also note this is not the same issue as when the installation goes back to the  "Uninstalled" status. In this case the issue is with the files themselves so this requires customer action to correct.
