3375834 - Temporary Folder Occupies Increased Storage Size During Bot Execution

You have set up a bot as part of BPA/iRPA setup (for example, the Business Document Extraction from E-mails bot), however you notice that the temporary folder reaches a large storage size during the execution of the bot.

The storage space occupied during the bot execution depends on the amount of files collected. This, in turn, depends on the amount of rules set in the configuration file.

One factor that can increase the amount of files is the use of the condition "Like" for filtering in the configuration file, instead of "Equal". This causes more data to be considered, hence increasing the storage consumption.

Please check the amount of records in the configuration file, and also try to use conditions "Equal" instead of "Like".
