Symptom

  • Time entries have been entered and are awaiting approval.
  • There is a requirement to find which inbox the approval(s) are in.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter time entries in the system.
  2. Submit the time entries for approval.
  3. Check the approver's Inbox for pending approvals. 

Resolution

It is possible for a key-user with CDS View access to find this information via CDS Views I_TIMESHEETRECORD and I_WORKFLOWRECIPIENTS_V2.
