Symptom

Request to enable Quote query option in quotes visibility.

Environment

SAP CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Setup;
  2. Quote;
  3. Quotes Visibility;
  4. Add New;
  5. Query Option is not available/visible.

Resolution

  • Raise a case to Support Team mentioning the requirement to enable Query Option in Quote Visibility.
  • Provide URL and domain.
  • Provide explicit approval to proceed with necessary changes.
