An I-9 Reverification activity triggers new E-Verify activity for a candidate.

Check Audit Trail of the candidate that reported the issue and verify that there is an E-verify activity created after the completion of I-9 Reverification activity.

The E-verify activity was triggered after the Reverification activity due to the selection of Receipts documents instead of original documents.

As per the process, if candidate chooses to continue with receipt option for List A/List B/List C documents when original is not available, then I9 Reverification activity gets triggered. On completion of Reverification process, E-verify activity gets created.

Proceed with the new E-verify activity created.
