Symptom

On IOS mobile browser it is not possible to scroll pdf AICC Wrapper content when Course Home is enabled

Environment

Cause

Apple does not allow the pages to load.

Resolution

  • The pages not loading/scrollable is an iOS issue.
  • This is not something engineering can fix as issue is with apple not allowing pages to load and not an issue on the LMS side.
