3375929 - "Unable to retrieve configuration details" error - Integration Center

An Integration Center (IC) job is failing with the error below:

"Failed due to - Unable to retrieve configuration details. Retry running the integration after sometime. If error persists, contact Product Support for further assistance"

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Create an IC job;
2. Run it manually or let it run by schedule;

The root cause is excessive traffic of jobs, running at the same time, overloading the credential handling resource.

Both Vault and Job teams had made enhancements by increasing the threshold as well as decreasing the tasks that might causing the traffic. This is the short term solution to decrease this issue.

The long term solution will be deployed at the b2311 release (refer to internal code PLS-36748).
