• I-9 Reverification Activities with status 'PENDING' in the onboarding backend (superadmin).

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Login to the instance as the manager
2. Navigate to the Onboarding module from the HXM Module picker dropdown
3. Go to the I9 Reverification process tab
4. Search for the affected user
5. No results found

The I-9 Reverification activity has the 'PENDING' status.

• In the candidate's audit trail, the notification Send Foreign Passport/Temporary I-551 Notification to Corp Rep was triggered.
• This notification has the 'Hide parent activity' enabled, which triggers a notification activity for the assignee and then hides the I9 reverification of the candidate setting the status to 'PENDING'.

PERMANENT SOLUTION:

1. Go to Onboarding 1.0 > Notifications
2. Find the notification "Send Foreign Passport/Temporary I-551 Notification to Corp Rep" that was triggered
3. Uncheck the option “Hide Parent Activity”

TO FIX CURRENT CANDIDATES (with pending status):

1. To make the I-9 Reverification appear again in the work queue, ask the manager to complete the created notification activity.
2. Once it is complete, the manager will be able to see the reverification activity in the work queue.
