Symptom

In the invoice review screen, the check box Does not contain Personal Data is greyed out and unable to select.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Supplier Invoicing work center
Go to Invoice Scanning view
Select the relevant file ID and select Review
You can see that, Does not contain Personal Data check box is greyed out

Cause

The check box - Does not contain Personal Data is greyed out because supplier invoice is already created. If the invoice scanning file status is Scanning Completed, then the check box Does not contain Personal Data will be enabled.

Resolution

You can enable the check box -Does not contain Personal Data when the invoice scanning file status is Scanning Completed.
