3375977 - Restrictions not working on business role

Symptom

Create a Custom Role from SAP_BR_MARKETING_EXPERT, but the assigned user cannot see Emails Lite or Email Lite Templates 

Environment

SAP Marketing Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to SMC Tenant
  2. Go to Content Studio App

Cause

The WRITE restriction for Marketing Engagement Instances was is set to ' ' value (Messages)

Resolution

Only Marketing Experts (SAP_BR_MARKETING_EXPERT) business roles have the permission to the new editor for creating Emails Lite or Email Lite Templates. 

Your newly created role using SAP_BR_MARKETING_EXPERT as template should not have restrictions.
