3376000 - "Display Online Help" link in integration center is displayed with lox contrast ratio making it harder to see for accessibility users

During your normal usage of integration center you have noticed that the link "Display Online Help" is being displayed with a color with loc contrast compared with the background which make it difficult to be seen by any user with low vision.

1. Go to integration center
2. Click in Create
3. Select Scheduled CSV File Output Integration
4. Select the entity candidate
5. Notice the link displayed with low contrast ratio

Expected behavior

The low contrast ratio is only used in cases where the link is inactive.

This means that if you are seeing for the entity selected a low contrast ratio, this means that the link is inactive.
