3376233 - Misleading error message on the System Logon Page

Symptom

Error "Client, name, or password is not correct; log on again" error message is shown on the System Logon Page for every logon error situation. Other type of errors - like the "User is locked"/"User is not in validity date" - are not displayed in any case.
