3376274 - In SAC BW live connection stories, XXL Images are not displayed by default on Optimized mode until clicking on "Table Information" button

In SAC BW live connection story table, XXL Images are not displayed by default on Optimized mode until triggering a refresh of the table, e.g. click on "Table Information" button, or select the table and click on '...' button on table's upper right corner to check table property.
In classic mode story the issue doesn't occur. 
Issue only occurs in tables.

SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Open a SAC BW live connection story in Optimized mode.
2. Notice that images are not displayed by default.
3. Click on 'table information' button, or select the table and click on '...' button on table's upper right corner to check the table property, the images are displayed.

Program error

Implement following Notes in BW system:
1) SAP Note 3283848, “InA: Persisted InA support - Part X”
2) SAP Note 3325093, “InA: Using XXL attributes on older clients causes Field Symbol has not been assigned yet”
