3376279 - Context menu options for work items are missing in WebGui SBWP

Symptom

When comparing the context menu of a work item within the workflow inbox, different options are displayed in WebGui and in SAP GUI. Multiple options are missing in WebGui like Reserve/Replace/Forward/Resubmit.
