3376292 - CSS for comment widget does not format comment text

In a Unified Story or an Analytics Application, a comment widget is included and formatted by CSS. However, the formatting using class sap-custom-comment-widget-content does not format the comment text itself but only the admin information (user and time the comment was created).

For the comment, "Inline edit" is defined. The priority of Inline edit is higher than CSS. This is by design and can't be turned off.

("Inline edit": Means for every comment you add, when you hover this area by mouse, some buttons will display and you can edit the style of the comment. This is only available for the owner of the comment) 

Change the style of the comment by "Inline edit".
