3376412 - How to change the Job Executor of system generated jobs in Provisioning

This KBA explains how to reassign these jobs running in Provisioning to a different Job Executor:

• Upcoming Interview Reminder
• Requisition Posting Expiry Upcoming
• Schedule Interview Reminder
• Calculate Job Requisition Age Job

These 4 jobs are generated by the system once certain email triggers or settings are enabled in the Admin Center. When they are created, the Job Creator and Job Executor assigned to them is the user performing the actions in the Admin Center. i.e. the user enabling a certain email trigger will become the Job Creator and Job Executor for the related job in Provisioning. 

It is not possible to manually create them in Provisioning, nor to manually edit the Job Creator or Job Executor or the times they are running.

To change the Job Creator and Job Executor (i.e. in case the current Job Owner needs to be purged) of these jobs running in Provisioning, please follow below steps:

"Upcoming Interview Reminder": 

1. Proxy a technical user who should be the new Job Creator and Job Executor (a user who will never get purged)
2. Go to Recruiting Email Triggers
3. Disable the trigger "Upcoming Interview Reminder"
4. Save the changes
5. Enable the trigger "Upcoming Interview Reminder" again
6. Save the changes

"Requisition Posting Expiry Upcoming":

1. Proxy a technical user who should be the new Job Creator and Job Executor (a user who will never get purged)
2. Go to Recruiting Email Triggers
3. Disable the trigger "Requisition Posting Expiration Upcoming"
4. Save the changes
5. Enable the trigger "Requisition Posting Expiration Upcoming" again
6. Save the changes

"Schedule Interview Reminder":

1. Proxy a technical user who should be the new Job Creator and Job Executor (a user who will never get purged)
2. Go to Recruiting Email Triggers
3. Disable the trigger "Schedule Interview Reminder (SMS)"
4. Save the changes
5. Enable the trigger "Schedule Interview Reminder (SMS)" again
6. Save the changes

"Calculate Job Requisition Age Job":

1. Proxy a technical user who should be the new Job Creator and Job Executor (a user who will never get purged)
2. Go to Manage Recruiting Settings
3. Job Requisition section 
4. Age of Job Requisition
5. Remove the selection for "Start Date"
6. Save the changes
7. Select the same value (or another one) for "Start Date"
8. Save the changes
