How to Mark the optional tasks as completed

Environment

SAP SF ONBOARDING

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Offboarding Dashboard
you can see offboardee tasks is available
There is no option to complete without action on them.

Cause

Expected Behavior

Resolution

As per the Standard product design, we don't have any feasibility to mark the optional tasks to be completed.

As a workaround, You can modify the task settings (Required yes or No) via Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
