Symptom
When creating a new Talent Pool or editing an existing one, there's the option to search for a country. But the search itself does not work and this is misleading, as we have the search box and search icon, but when we use them to search for a country, it shows "No Data".

Resolution
This issue is a defect and will be fixed with b2311 release: Preview: October 20, 2023 | Production: November 17, 2023.
