3376554 - Notification configuration and ISC

Symptom

A few days after disabling the notification "HR Manager notification: A new employee has been hired" in notification center, the notification is enabled again.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the instance
  2. Go to "Notification configuration"
  3. Search for "HR Manager notification: A new employee has been hired"
  4. Disable the notification
  5. After follow these steps, wait for a few days.
  6. See the HR manager have received a notification
  7. Go to "Notification Configuration"
  8. The notification is enabled again.

Cause

There is a job in ISC that when gets triggered, reactivate the notification

Resolution

Check the rules of the job ISC and correct the rule to doesn't trigger this notification.
