3376587 - Fields populated during Recruiting Process not going to Employee's Profile - Employee Central

Fields hidden during MPH not showing in Employee profile after hire is complete.

Scenario:

Candidate fills fields A and B during Recruiting/ Onboarding 1.0 process. And there are visibility rules hiding the fields in MPH for different users. 

User 1 (Super admin) is able to see fields A and B during MPH. If they complete the hire, those field's values will show in the employee's profile. 

User 2 (HR) is not able to see the fields A and B during MPH. If they complete the hire, those fields are empty in the employee profile. 

If the fields are not seen / confirmed during MPH, the values won't populate in the employee's profile. 

This is Expected System Behaviour.
