The system cannot load the Log On view or you are facing the APP crashing problem in IOS devices.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer Extended App
Reproducing the Issue
Open C4C APP in Iphone or Ipad.
Cause
One possible reason for that issue is the system incompatibility caused by IOS not updated to the latest version.
Resolution
As of now, our supported devices are iPad 8th Gen & above and iPhone 11 and above. All these devices will allow to upgrade to the latest iOS versions. Please update the IOS version to the latest, if issue still persist, kindly report a case to SAP support.
