For goods movement postings or when changing material cost(MR21), error C+843 'Total valuated inventory amount for currency &2 is too high (&1)' occurs.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The possible reason could be the extremely high inventory price for error message currency type,
causing a overflow of inventory adjustment postings(inventory price*quantity of change).

Kindly use APP 'Change Material Cost'(MR21) to adjust the prices to reduce the inventory values.
You may need to adjust the price(with a smaller change) for multiple times,
since a large price change may also generate a extremely large price difference cauing error C+843 again.
