Symptom

  • The Offboarding process wherein the Employee Review Check step is not creating a task for the employee once the "Manager Data Review" step is completed.
  • The process status in Onboarding dashboard shows as complete with no pending tasks.
  • Now there was no Employee Review Check available for the Employee.
