Resolution

If "Delete All" mode has been used in data mapping, the deletion replaces any existing data that was imported using the same combination of version, period, consolidation unit, and document type. The system does not delete any data physically in the system. Instead, it calculates a delta between the new data and any data imported previously and then creates new records for the delta data .

When posting, values are not aggregated over subitems. This means that values posted on 615 are not affected by values that already exist on 800 in 2023.01.

  • The value on subitem 800 is reversed in 2023.01 YTD data  -> System posts 3037000 on subitem 800 in 2023.01, value -3037000 was cleared by posting 3037000;
  • -14000 was uploaded on FS item 111000, subitem 615 in period 2023.01-> This is a standard behavior.

In order to achieve 'Expected results', it is needed to post 3023000 to 615 in period 2023.01 and use 'Overwrite' mode in order not to clear posting on subitem 800.
