3376981 - The Title Field of Private Account is Not Displayed in the Involved Parties of Sales Document

You are trying to create a service order for private account, but title is not displayed in Name section of involved parties.

In this KBA we are taking example of a service order but the behavior is same for sales order as well.

1. Go to Service Orders work center.
2. View: Service order processing.
3. Create new service order for private account ABC (ABC is the Account ID).
4. Navigate to Involved parties tab.

Title (Mr. or Ms.) is not displayed for private account ABC in Name section.

In the involved parties of sales document, only first name and last name is displayed for private account and title is not displayed.

This is system standard behavior.
