3377093 - Redesigned Applicant Workbench Warning Message's Buttons Not Matching (OK/Cancel and Yes/No) - Recruiting Management

When editing a field and exit out without saving the modifications, the warning message's buttons are not matching the actual message:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

The issue has been acknowledged by SAP Software Engineering team and will be fixed within H2 2023 release.
