3377137 - MDG Service Level Agreement for Change Request Types definition: Adjust value in Hours

Symptom

You're expecting to adjust the SLA for a change request type via MDGIMG->General Settings->Process Modeling->Change Requests->Create Change Request Type. While going to "Service Level Agreement for Change Request Types" under the column Hours, you can only select value as Half Days, but your expectation is to set the SLA to 2 or 4 hours for higher priority.
