Symptom

Can the offer letter contents be updated via Integration center

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Resolution

Once the Offer letter is generated the contents cannot be updated.

If the contents need to be edited, the offer letter needs to be cancelled and a new offer letter needs to be generated
