3377287 - Event based orders with RA key RSEBW exist even when scope item 3F0 is not activated

Customers(use BEI not 3F0) find that there's Event Based Orders(In APP 'Display Production Orders' - Control tab, RA key: RSEBW) even when scope item 3F0 is not activated.

For activations after 2105, all order types and plants activated after 2105 are defaulted to Event-based RA key: RSEBW.

If you want to use previous periodic solution(BEI) as per this scope then you need to change RA key from RSEBW to period end based RA key, for example, MBMF01.
For order types YBM1, YBM3, YBM4, YBM5, YBW1 and YPK1, use Production Order SSCUI 102431 and for order types YBM2, YBM9, YQ01, YQ02 and YQ10, use Process Order SSCUI 102810.
