3377347 - Performance issue on 1 application server with WP error message "trace is globally locked"

• Bad performance in one application server of the system.
  
  
• Work processes may not be able to execute requests, and on their trace files, we see following error messages:
  
  M  *** ERROR => TrILockGlobal: trace is globally locked by <WP number> [trfile.c     7634]
  M  *** ERROR => TrWriteBuffer: failed to lock SHM: cannot save file [trfile.c     1800]
  M  *** ERROR => TrFlushTrace: failed to write buffer to file; buffer will be reverted [trfile.c     2222]
  
  
• The work process indicated on above message that is locking the trace, is running permanently with no termination of the report.
