App 'Monitor Purchase Order Items' cannot display Purchase Order line items which are marked for deletion.

1. App Monitor Purchase Order Items.
2. Enter Material / Plant details.
3. Results return with Purchase Orders.
4. Purchase Orders where the item is marked for deletion are not displayed.

• The app 'Monitor Purchase Order Items' reads / selects the entries from the CDS View C_PURCHASEORDERITEMMONI
• When the PO line item is marked for deletion, the PO item is no longer available in the CDS View C_PURCHASEORDERITEMMONI, and so is not picked up by the app 'Monitor Purchase Order Items'

1. Review transaction ME2M ("Display Purchasing Documents by Material").
2. Purchase Orders can be searched by material, and the results also include deleted Purchase Order items.
