3377466 - How to fix variable interest rates for Securities?

Symptom

You run transaction TI10, TJ05 or TJ09 for security products defined in FWZZ (stocks, bonds etc.) and get a message TRIA009: "Unable to find any open interest rate adjustment for selection criteria." even though interest rates exist in the market table T056P (transaction code JBIRM).
