Symptom
KB Sync failing due to duplicate attribute.
Environment
SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ Integrated with CPS
Reproducing the Issue
- Perform a KB Sync;
- On Knowledge Base Diagnostic Pages see error message informing error "Product tab <Tab Name> contains duplicate attribute <Attribute Name>".
Cause
Modelling Issue.
Resolution
- Payload should be checked for duplicate attributes;
- If payload contains no error, it must be checked if any modification has been done in CPQ on the produce:
- It should be checked if faulty product attribute do not exists on the product in CPQ but exists in the payload;
- The attribute must be deleted from the Payload if it do not exist in CPQ.
