3377612 - ESI - 'SSSLRC_CONN_CLOSED' error in SOAMANAGER Ping test result

Symptom

After configuring the Logical Port to the desired Target Host, the Ping test may fail with one of the following errors:

  1. Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: SSL handshake with < host >:443 failed: SSSLRC_CONN_CLOSED (-10)

  2. Remote Peer has closed the network connection SapSSLSessionStartNB()==SSSLRC_CONN_CLOSED  
    SSL::SiRecv() failed  rc==SSSLRC_CONN_CLOSED

    OR

  3. HTTP Code: 403 (  ) which can be seen in SRT_LOG and SOAMANAGER Ping Test result.
