When saving a configuration in CBC to define sales districts (ID: 103196), the following error message appears after saving:

"Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet
Communication Framework: ("Direct connect to myxxxxxx-api.s4hana.cloud.sap:443 failed: NIEHOST_UNKNOWN(-2)") 
Message no. APS_MSG000"

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The target endpoint "myxxxxxx-api.s4hana.cloud.sap" has been decommissioned. As a result, the communication failure occurs between the target system and the source application. That's the reason why the error NIEHOST_UNKNOWN is returned.

It is suggested to save configurations towards an instance which is running.
