End Date is required regardless of the answer to "Is this present employer?" or "Is this current student?" when using 'Candidate Import' job to import Candidate Background Information.

The import job validates the required attribute of a field against the Candidate Profile Template.

The feature that sets the End Date to read-only depending on the Yes/No answer is called Standardization Mapping, and it takes place on the candidate profile UI only.

Please temporarily change the required attribute of "endDate" to "false" in the Candidate Profile Template.
