3377708 - How to add a Job Status Dependent job into the Job Monitoring

Job Status Dependent job could not be added in Step 5 Configure Jobs in Job Monitoring.

Example:

Job ZTEST_JOBMON_2ND will start running after job ZTEST_JOBMON_1ST finished. It was saved with released status, however, it can not be found in Job Monitoring.

Job ZTEST_JOBMON_2ND could not be searched in Job Monitoring.
