3377726 - 'Test logon' for JAVA Admin user in step 'Enter System Parameters' fails with 'Cause: There are no access points for service: P4S registered on the message server'

In the step "Enter System Parameters" of Managed System Configuration Java Parameter field, when clicking on the "test logon" button the following error message throws:

Logon test failed for user XXX

Details : Exception while trying to get InitialContext. (Cause: There are no access points for service: P4S registered on the message server)

Also, there is no P4S entry listed in http://<FQDN of the target Java system>:<Java system message server HTTPS port>/msgserver/text/logon.
