3377727 - I cannot access translation for my dictionary items

Symptom

I cannot change the translations for my dictionary items. I can see them when I change my language or create a process documentation, but cannot see these translations when opening the item in the dictionary. 

Resolution

Please make sure that the tenant-owner has a modeling license and not just a hub license or no license at all. If you need help checking this or need to change the tenant-owner please open a ticket in https://me.sap.com/
