3377871 - Activate Scope Items 5HG and 5KF

The requirement is to activate scope item 5HG and/or 5KF in the system. Scope items are locked/unavailable in the system.

As of release 2308, scope items 5HG/5KF is generally available for both customer and partner systems. For customer systems, Development approval and feature toggle activation are no longer needed. From 2308 version, scope items 5HG/5KF can be selected during INITIAL scoping but not be available after that.

• During initial scoping:
• Scope items were not yet added to your selected scope, as they as Non-Standard scope items they can be activated on SAP side. Open a ticket on component X4-CBC-PRX and request activation for the required scope item(s).
• After initial scoping has been finished:
• If scope items were not activated during initial scoping phase, unfortunately they won't be available after that. The system setup has to be restarted from scratch if the scope items are required for use.
• For customer systems: 
• Reprovisioning is required, and it can be requested via ticket with written approval for reprovisioning. Please note that this process will remove all configurations made beforehand.
• For TDD systems: 
• Current entitlement has to be terminated, then you can contact the partner delivery support team at TDD@SAP.COM for further instructions regarding the closure steps.
  After the current entitlement is closed, you need to subscribe to a new license, which will give you a new entitlement you can provision.
  For a TDD system, this is the only way to get newly provisioned system and start from scratch.
