3377991 - US compliance forms related to workstate are not triggering (W-4)- Onboarding

Symptom

W-4 US Compliance forms have not triggered for the workstate, but Home State forms are triggering correctly.

Cause

  • This issue is caused by an incorrect configuration of the Global filter.
    • or
  • The location is missing during the onboarding Data Review and/or Personal Data Collection steps

Resolution

For cause 1:

  1. It is necessary to update global filter config (FieldMetaOverrideConfiguration) for work state.
  2. Go to Manage data > FieldMetaOverrideConfiguration
  3. Change to:
    • entityPath": "jobInfoNav/locationNav/addressNavDEFLT/stateNav",
      "field": "externalCode"

For cause 2:

Make sure the location on Job Information is provided during the Onboarding review steps.
