3378009 - SQL30082N  Security processing failed with reason "24"("USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD INVALID") when using SE06 or STMS with Virtual tables in DB6

Following a System copy during transaction STMS/SE06, a short dump is received.
Short dump error 
SQL30082N  Security processing failed with reason "24"("USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD INVALID"). 
Developer trace file shows the full error.
SQL0150N  The target fullselect, view, typed table, materialized query table, range-clustered table, or staging table in the INSERT, DELETE, UPDATE, MERGE, or TRUNCATE statement is a target for which the requested operation is not permitted.  SQLSTATE=42807
This Sqlcode does not necessarily indicate a problem if the affected table is a virtual table.
Table <tablname> is a virtual table for deferred table creation.
Virtual table <tabnname>  needs to be converted to a table.
Opening temporary connection for deferred table creation of table <tabname>
