RESTORE DATABASE has "RECOVER UNTIL [ TIMESTAMP <timestamptz> | OFFSET <log-offset> ]" option.
Then we recover data from the recovery logs up to the date and time specified by the timestamp, or transaction log-offset.
Does RESTORE TABLE support RECOVER UNTIL TIMESTAMP or OFFSET ?
