3378268 - SIGSEGV occur when updating a table if materialized view exists - SAP ASE

Symptom

A SIGSEGV may occur or ELC_VALIDATION_ERROR message is frequently logged when updating rows in a base table if statement cache and literal autoparam are enabled.
This issue can be observed if a materialized view (precomputed result set) exists for the base table and the materialized view contains data.
