3378310 - SDA error while accessing a MSSQL

Symptom

When accessing a Virtual Table (VT) including an unsupported datatype (DATETIMEOFFSET MSSQL) using Smart Data Access (SDA) the following error occured and can't use Tables/View with Columns Datatype DATETIMEOFFSET.

Error:
com.sap.hana.di.virtualtable: Could not create the virtual table in the database [8254003]

Error:
com.sap.hana.di.virtualtable: Database error 7: : feature not supported: Unsupported datatype for column BSM_ResultDb_DEV.dbo.PUB_Cashflows_Latest.DataQueriedAt [8201003]
