How To Configure MSS Action Menu

• • Need to add event in the Actions menu
  • Need to remove event from the Actions menu

Product version: SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite 

• Employee Central suite
• HR Action Menu

• Go Actions menu
• An expected MSS event is missing
  • you want to add it or all or certain users
      

OR

• There an MSS event that should not be shown 
  • You want to remove it or all or certain users
      

Configuration settings

• • HR Action Permissions
      

Assign / Remove permission to HR Action accordingly

• • Admin Center
  • Manage permission role
  • choose respective role
  • Employee Data
  • Under HR Actions
  • Provide view permission for Update Employment records
      

The MSS Event will appear or be removed accordingly under the Action menu of the user.
